  • Cumin - 1/2 tsp.
  • Eggs - four, large
  • Monterey Jack Cheese - 3/4 - 1 cup (shredded)

  • Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit (177 Celsius)
  • Brush olive oil on the inner surface of each ramekin

  • Coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray, medium heat
  • Add egg mixture, onion, green chiles
  • Cook until eggs are set (three minutes)
  • Stir often
  • Remove pan, stir mixture well
  • Follow package direction to heat tortillas

Follow these Step by Step Process
